the location allowed easy access to various attractions (i enjoyed the proximity to many landmarks). tea and coffee remained available all day. i could take food and drinks upstairs to my room using provided packaging.

central location friendly staff needed appliance
The location is central, providing easy access to subway lines and various attractions. I appreciated the included breakfast. It had friendly staff. Our room had a kitchenette and it was great with needed appliances. There were scenic views from the room, a BIG plus!

The staff were friendly, especially during check-in. the studio was clean and had everything i needed. There were even utensils.
the room was smaller than it looked in the pictures, and there was no closet space. breakfast was low quality and very crowded, it was a struggle to find a seat.

slow elevators boring food
the check-in process was smooth (i guess that's a plus).
The elevators were a nightmare. i waited an eternity every time, sometimes i seemed like i aged a year during one ride. plus, the breakfast was nothing to write home about. They served the same boring stuff every single day.

The location proved very central. It was near many coffee and food spots, so that was convenient. I found the bathroom nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette came in handy (I could make quick meals). The staff was consistently kind and helpful.
The elevators required patience. Sometimes there were long waits.
