the check-in process was smooth (i guess that's a plus).
i waited an eternity every time, sometimes i seemed like i aged a year during one ride. plus, the breakfast was nothing to write home about. They served the same boring stuff every single day.

The location proved very central. It was near many coffee and food spots, so that was convenient. I found the bathroom nice and the bed comfortable. The kitchenette came in handy (I could make quick meals). The staff was consistently kind and helpful.
